  • This Swedish-style, full-body session, ranging from light to medium pressure, is designed to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support healthy nervous system regulation. Each appointment begins with a brief consultation to identify areas of tension or concern. Using a blend of therapeutic techniques, this session nurtures both physical and emotional well-being leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and revitalized.

    A Wellness Massage is an excellent choice anytime you simply need to reconnect with your body and prioritize self-care. Regular sessions can also support healthy sleep, stress management, and overall well-being.

  • Deep Tissue Massage is designed to address chronic tension and pain by working through the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, focused, and firm pressure as well as targeted techniques, this treatment helps reduce adhesions, improve mobility, relieve persistent muscle tightness, and support long-term recovery.

    Because this treatment creates intentional changes within deeper tissues, it is recommended that clients plan for a day of rest or light activity afterward. Gentle movement, adequate hydration, and allowing the body time to recover can help minimize post-treatment soreness while supporting the body's natural healing and tissue repair processes. This service is ideal for individuals experiencing chronic discomfort, muscle stiffness, restricted range of motion, or recovery from repetitive physical demands.

  • Trigger Point Therapy is a focused technique that targets tight, tender “knots” in the muscle that can cause pain, limit movement, or refer discomfort to other areas of the body. This method uses slow, intentional pressure to release tension and restore mobility. Because trigger point work can be intense and requires a clear understanding of your body’s patterns, it is not available for first-time clients.

  • Combines massage therapy with essential oils to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and improve mood.

    • Eucalyptus: Clears airways, relieves congestion, antimicrobial, soothes sore muscles

    • Jasmine: Calms the mind, uplifts mood

    • Lavender: Calming, soothing, promotes restful sleep and hormone balance

    • Lemongrass: Refreshing, energizing, enhances focus

    • Peppermint: Relieves headaches, cools inflammation, reduces tension

    • We’ll begin with a brief check-in to review your intake form and discuss any focus areas.

    • You’ll be left to get comfortable on the table, and the massage will begin once you’re ready.

    • The pressure and pace will be customized to your needs and feedback.

    • After the session, you'll receive a short handout with post-care suggestions to support your recovery and relaxation.

  • All linens are changed between sessions, and the massage space is thoroughly sanitized after each client. Hand washing is performed before and after every session, and any tools used are cleaned and disinfected in compliance with §117.62 - Sanitation Requirements.

  • Massage therapy may be contraindicated or require physician clearance for conditions such as:

    • Fever, infection, or contagious illness

    • Skin conditions or open wounds

    • Acute injuries or recent surgeries

    • Blood clots or cardiovascular conditions

    • Pregnancy (in some cases)

    All clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first session. I reserve the right to decline or refer services based on safety, scope of practice, or ethical considerations.

  • Clients are welcome to bring a guest if it makes them feel more comfortable. However, all guests must remain in the designated waiting area and may not enter the massage space during the session.

    Please note: Children must be supervised at all times. For safety and to preserve the integrity of the session, unaccompanied minors or unsupervised children will not be permitted in the home.

    If childcare becomes an obstacle, I completely understand and am happy to reschedule your appointment. Your well-being and peace of mind are just as important as the session itself.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.


    Sessions will not be extended or refunded for late arrivals but you are free to reschedule.

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or transfer of credit.
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded, in accordance with scheduling policies.

    Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or unsafe travel conditions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Client satisfaction is a priority, and open communication is always encouraged. If you’re unhappy with your session, please reach out so we can discuss your experience.

    If it’s determined that this practice may not be the right fit for your needs or expectations, that is fully respected. In such cases, a refund may be issued; however, future appointments will not be accepted. This ensures clear boundaries and maintains the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

  • You should wear whatever makes you feel comfortable before and after your session. During the massage, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level, and you will be properly draped with a sheet or blanket at all times to ensure your privacy and security. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your comfort and consent are always the priority.

  • Tipping is never required but always appreciated. QR codes for Cash App and Chime are available on-site if you'd like to leave a gratuity electronically.
